Thank you for choosing to apply for membership of the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners. We look forward to welcoming you to the FNTP.
Please note the following before completing your application:
You will need to provide a clear copy of your qualification or award certificate. This may be a scanned document or a photograph taken with a mobile phone.
If you already hold insurance, please have evidence of your policy ready to upload. A scan or clear photograph is acceptable.
If you select FNTP insurance, we will send you details of how to apply once your membership application has been reviewed.
The following file types can be uploaded: PNG, JPG, JPEG, BMP, DOC and PDF.
When you click NEXT at the end of this page, you will be taken to a secure payment page. The membership fee will be converted automatically into your local currency where applicable.
Once you have submitted your application and paid the membership fee, you should receive two emails within 30 minutes: one confirming payment and one explaining the next stages of your application. If these do not arrive, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.
Please allow around 10 working days for your application to be processed. If you have not received an update after this time, please contact the FNTP Member Support Team.
